Date: September 4, 2009

100% participation from all Scouts:

1. Sell Minimum $125 OR

2. Buyout Option $40 OR

3. Combination of selling and buyout to achieve $40 per scout revenue for Pack

IE: Scout sells $60 of popcorn. 32% of his sales comes to Pack 169 as revenue which equals $19.20. His obligation to the pack fundraiser is $40. Therefore, remainder due to the pack is $40 - $19.20 = $20.80.

A list of participants is requested so that a Blitz product package can be assembled.

Class A Uniform is required.

Revenue Generated from Neighborhood Blitz's will be credited towards individual scout sales for prizes and will follow the guidelines set below under the Scout Accounts for Pack 169 Bucks.

Scout Accounts for Pack 169 Bucks

After the $125 minimum sales goal is reached, 32% of additional Take Order and Neighborhood Blitz sales will be credited as Pack 169 Bucks into the individual scout's account.

IE: Scout sells $425 in popcorn

The profit ($40) from the first $125 of sales goes towards the obligation to the Pack. Then, 32% of the additional $300 in sales will be credited as Pack 169 Bucks into the individual scout's account ($300 x 32% = $96).

Pack 169 Bucks may be used for any event, charges, dues, etc. that the Pack Treasurer collects and disburses payment for Resident Camp, Day Camp, Tag a longs, T-shirts for scout or family, Cave Overnight for scout or family, Annual Dues, etc.

We are a nonprofit organization; therefore if a scout quits the Pack, no cash can be disbursed to individuals from Pack 169 Bucks. Pack 169 Bucks can be carried over to next years cub scout account.
