A 5 gallon water tank with an attached hand pump. Unscrew the cap at the top and fill it 3/4 with water. When pumped, it provides a steady stream of water. It is a portable water fire extinguisher to be used if a fire spreads out of control. This is provided by GSRI for each unit at camp.

 

If you have as few as three girls, they may still participate, and borrow an additional person when a minimum of 4 girls are needed, such as for orienteering.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend a patrol of 4-8 girls. If you have more than 8 girls, you might want to break into multiple patrols to allow each girl more of a chance to participate in events.
